I started the Work Empowerment Foundation (a not for profit social enterprise) to help people create more fun, freedom and fulfilment in their work lives. We aim to create an innovative online portal where people can access easily resouces to empower them to proactively solve the work problems that they are facing. We will also to deliver a series social conferences to bring together communities to address work issues that different sectors of the workforce face; as well as delivering consulting and projects.
