For the past seven years I have been working with a small team to start and establish a social enterprise that addresses social exclusion for youth. See the www.whasyourpoint.org.uk for more details.
For 21 or so years I have worked in the private sector (technology) Ive been working in the 3rd sector as a volunteer / part time / full time for around 7 years.
I left the sector to do something that actually mattered to me and took some time out to get an MBA from Warwick.
Interests are modernisation of services, 3rd sector as a transformation and delivery agent for services (especially learning) , emergent models of change based around local action and a whole host of other areas to long to list here.
